- Regular: Choose a regular tampon if your flow is light to medium.

Directions of use:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before using Pee-Safe Tampons for protection.
- Gently remove the colored tape to unwrap the bottom covering.
- Hold the tampon with firm hands and unroll the removal cord.
- Check whether the cord is securely attached.
- Remove the remaining cover and carefully insert the Pee Safe Tampon in your vagina using your fingers.
- Gently push upwards as far as possible and pull the removal cord downwards so that the tampon sits in its position well.
