Directions of Use
- Step 1: Adjust the height of the crutch and its hand grips as per your comfort.
- Step 2: Squeeze the crutches between your upper arms and ribs; put the weight through your hands not your armpits.
- Step 3: Move the crutches forward and move your injured leg forward (put your foot even with the crutches).
- Step 4: Step past with your stronger leg.
- Step 5: Repeat step 3 and 4.
