Direction of Use
- Sit straight and wear the cuff on your left hand.
- Put the wrist through the cuff loop.
- Your palm and monitor display should both face upward.
- Position the wrist cuff leaving a clearance of 1 to 2 cm between the cuff and the bottom of your palm.
- Do not wrap the cuff over clothing.
